NordicTrack Fusion CST Studio cable machine automatically adjusts weight

6 handles for a full-body workout

The Fusion CST Studio is both a cardio machine and an strength machine. It is equipped with 6 handles for you to target your muscles at different angles as well as allow you to work your whole body. Even ankle straps are included. The optional iFit membership is $39 per month for trainer-led virtual classes. It comes with a tablet that you can mount on the mirror so you can check your form while doing the exercises. There's also a stand for the tablet so you can view the classes when facing away from the mirror.

The machine has a footprint of 60.5″ x 41.5″ and a height of 73.5″. The magnetic resistance is quiet and smooth and adjusts automatically depending on the classes and the difficulty level you set before it. Adjustments can be made on the machine itself or the tablet if needed and there are 20 levels of resistance. The relatively small space required and the low noise level makes it a good option for a modern home gym. The one downside is that the resistance only goes up to 100 lbs. Another thing that may a downside for some it that resistance is only one way i.e. there's resistance when you pull on the cable but the cable doesn't pull you back like weighted cable machines do. But this type of resistance may be beneficial for faster recovery.
