A bench with storage for dumbbells and more
The Technogym bench is more like a plyo box with dumbbells, weighted knuckles, training mat, and resistance bands stored underneath. Unlike most weight benches though, it has no built-in padding so it may not be comfortable for exercises like bench presses.
The bench includes five pairs of hexagon dumbbells (5lbs, 7.5lbs, 10lbs, 15lbs, and 20lbs), three pairs of weighted knuckles (1lb, 1.75lbs and 2.65lbs), and three pairs of resistance bands (Light: Yellow, Medium: Grey, Heavy: Black), enough for a full-body workout. The resistance bands can be mounted on discreet fixing points on the bench, and the included training mat is for doing floor exercises or as a padding for the bench.
The bench is compact, measuring only 44.5 x 14.8 x 17.9 inches, and it weighs 217.2 lbs. It comes with integrated wheels to allow you to move easily.
