Ropeflex RX4400 Rope Climbing Simulator

Combines cardio and strength

The Ropeflex RX4400 is designed to simulate the motion of rope-climbing, which is a highly effective exercise for developing upper body strength and endurance. It features a heavy-duty frame, a rope on a special pulley, and a climbing treadmill.

The rope on the RX4400 uses a resistance mechanism that adjusts automatically between 30lbs and 450lbs depending on speed and intensity. The resistance on the treadmill also adjusts progressively but it is independent of the rope and is based on the weight of the user and on intensity. The angle of the machine can switched between two angles, 50º and 60º. At a higher angle, it becomes more challenging.

The machine is also designed to be low-impact, which means that it places less stress on the joints compared to other forms of exercise. This makes it a suitable option for people who are recovering from injuries or who have joint problems.
