Rogue Monster Lite Fold back wall mount rack
When it comes to folding squat racks, PRX Performance is not the only name in the game. Rogue also has a folding squat rack, which is cheaper. Aside from the price, another difference is the way it folds. PRX's Profile squat rack folds up towards the wall and is very quick to set when you want to work out. To set up the Rogue RML-3WC, takes extra steps as some assembly is requited.
As for the PRX, you only need to take out one pin and pull down on the rack without any assembly. So price is the biggest reason why you would consider the Rogue instead of the PRX. The price difference is not that big though is you're ok with the 2×3″ upright on the Profile One. The Profile One from PRX, the one with the pull-up bar is $799 while the Rogue is $610. But a fairer comparison to the Rogue RML-3W is the $1,099 Profile Pro, which also comes with 3×3″ upright.
The Rogue includes “two laser-cut 3×3″ 11 gauge steel uprights, with Westside hole spacing through the bench/pull area and 2″-on-center spacing above and below”. The uprights are 90.375″ tall. There are 7 color options to choose from for the powder coated finished steel if you opt for the $705 RML-3WC version. You can also choose how long the folding arms depending on how much space you need.
