Nix tells you when to drink, what to drink and how much, eliminating guess work. It does so by analyzing your sweat to identify your optimal hydration strategy.
The Nix Hydration Biosensor consists of a patch and a rechargeable pod that clips onto it to transmit data to the Nix app on your smartphone. It also works with your smartwatch to provide hydration data in real time. The battery can last up 36 hours but the patch is single use only. The patch sticks to your skin with kinesiology tape, which is a stretchy, moveable tape that works great for workouts and sports. It detects electrochemical biomarkers in your sweat to determine your sweat rate, electrolyte loss rate, and sweat composition.
