Reax Run – World’s first Proprioceptive treadmill

What's proprioceptive?

Proprioceptive refers to the body's ability to sense and perceive its own position, movement, and orientation in space. This sense is provided by specialized receptors in the muscles, tendons, and joints, which provide feedback to the brain about the body's position and movement.

Proprioception is an important aspect of motor control, allowing the body to maintain balance, coordination, and posture during physical activities. It also plays a role in the ability to perform skilled movements and to adapt to changing environmental conditions.

Reax run simulates offroad running terrain

Reax Run is a treadmill that features a unique design and technology that is intended to make the running surface unpredictable. Just as the running surface of an offroad trail varies in angle and inclination, so does the surface of the Reax Run treadmill. It can engage more muscles compared to using a normal treadmill and improve overall balance and coordination. With improved balance and coordination, you are also less likely to get injured especially from falls.

Reax Run also features a 19″ touchscreen display, which can be used to set goals and different conditions like running uphill, downhill, preloaded trail conditions, and more. The treadmill's maximum frontal incline in +/-11% and maximum lateral incline is +/-14%.

Reax Run is also equipped with a variety of safety features, including side handrails, and an emergency stop button. The treadmill is designed to be durable and long-lasting, with a robust frame and high-quality components.

The challenging nature of the Reax Run can also help build strength and endurance more effectively while building you up to be less prone to injuries.
