Neutral grip is good
A neutral grip is a more natural position for the joints. When doing pull-ups, the neutral is easier on your shoulders and wrist. Kensui's Swissies allows you to use neutral grip on just about any pulling exercise. This simple piece of equipment can be used for deadlifts, rows, lat pull-downs and more. It can also be used a grip for resistance bands. Swissies are made of fibreglass nylon and can hold up to 800 lbs. It has knurled handles that provide grip so your hand doesn't slip off halfway through your movement. The inside of the hook is lined with rubber to prevent sliding or damage to the bar.
