Monitor your health and fitness without having to see the doctor with the Tinke Wellness Monitor. Connect it to your iPhone or iPad and place your thumb on the sensing platform. The device will then measure your heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood oxygen saturation to come up with a score that gives you an idea of your level of cardio fitness. The Tinke also measures your heart rate variability to determine your stress level. At the moment iPhone 5 will need an adaptor to use the Tinke.
