Train Optimally, Recover Well
You can get into the best shape of your life by training hard, recovering well, and avoiding injury or burnout. Whoop 3.0 can help by tracking heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep data and then using that information to determine whether your body is primed for peak performance or that it needs more time for recovery.
For optimal results, the Whoop are to be worn 24/7 so that it can track every moment of life and give feedback to help you make smarter decisions when it comes to pushing yourself.
Unlike other fitness trackers, Whoop can be worn on your wrist 24/7 without ever having to take it off even when it's running out of power. When the battery runs low (in about 5 days), simply slip on the battery pack and it will charge right there on your wrist.
Whoop 3.0 has the potential to do wonders to your fitness, health, and your well being because it gives you insight to whether you're just lazy or if you're really need to slack off.
The Whoop Strap 3.0 does not come with a screen. In order to look at the analytics from the data collected by the strap, you need to download the Whoop app on your iOS or Android device.
The Whoop app focuses on three main metrics: Strain, Recovery, and Sleep. For each metric you can go in deeper into the details. For example, under Strain you can look at the statistics of the day compared to a 30-day average and see your daily Strain score over a week presented on a graph.
The app also gives you the Strain Coach to get exertion level recommendations based on how recovered your body is. With the app, you can also overlay WHOOP data onto videos or photos for you to either share, save, or analyze.
