Spri Exercise Dice tells you what workout to do and how much

Sometimes having to make a decision saps you of the willpower to work out. Leave the decision to the Spri Exercise Dice so that all you have to do is take action and get your daily workout in. The six-sided foam dice feature the name of the workout on one and the rep count and duration on the other. The workouts include pushups, jumping jacks, crunches, squats, lunges, and a wild card. The rep counts are 10, 20, and 30 and the durations are 30, 60, and 90 seconds. It can be a fun way to get kids to exercise or it can be a fun group activity. The dice are bigger than a normal dice at 3″ x 3″ and comes with a mesh carrying bag.
