When you have trouble sleeping, listening to a podcast, audiobook, or calming music can help.
For this I'm currently using Bose's SoundSport Wireless. Not only do they sound good but more importantly they’re very comfortable.
The problem with Bose SoundSport Wireless is the 6-hour battery life and discomfort while lying on your side in bed when using them. I usually end up using only one earphone. In fact, most headphones (if not all) are uncomfortable to wear in bed.
That's why I got excited when I first saw Dubslab’s Versafit Wireless headphones.
What’s special about the Versafit?
The Versafit is designed for the active lifestyle. It’s sweatproof, portable, lightweight, and has a 13-hour battery life.
If you run or do anything outdoors, being able to hear your surroundings gives you the ability to respond to potential danger. Versafit headphones do not block out sound so you can hear danger coming.
If you’re like me and you like to listen to audiobooks in bed, Versafit has a flat design that makes it comfortable to use even when you’re lying on your side.
Dubslabs is the maker of Bedphones. Versafit is basically the sporty version of Bedphones.
Other Options for Listening to audio while you sleep
This is a headband with speakers inside. The problem is, the speakers are too big, making it uncomfortable for side sleeping.
Pillowsonic Stereo Pillow
You put the Pillowsonic in your pillow case below the pillow. Because it is below the pillow, the sound is muffled and you can barely hear anything unless it’s at maximum volume.
Like the Halo Headphones, the SleepPhones is a headband with earphones inside. Since it is made of fleece, it can get hot after a while.
