A second collaboration between McLaren and US maker Specialized produced a bike that's lighter and faster than the “the fastest complete performance bike in the world” – the S-Works McLaren Venge, which was the result of their first partnership.
What's different now is the use of McLaren's new carbon fiber construction to make it lighter than the Venge, new wheels, seat post, crankset spider, and ceramic-coated bearings in the hubs and crankset to reduce friction.
Only 250 of the S-Works McLaren Tarmac will be made and it will be customized to the user's Body Geometry Fit consultation. It also comes with a pair of custom made S-Works Road Shoes and an S-Works Prevail helmet
