If you like the highly popular Tapout XT or Tapout XT2 workout program check out UFC's very own in-home fitness and nutrition program - UFC Fit. According to the UFC, the program is based on the same training some of the best conditioned fighters use to prepare for the octagon. The man behind the program is Mike Dolce, a former MMA fighter, the man behind the Dolce diet, and an expert in cutting weight. It is the only UFC-developed training program. This should be good.
